Geoff is Zest Consult’s founder and a director in the business. He has worked with many large clients such as Highways England, Transport for London and Network Rail, as well as local authorities and the Met and City of London Police.
Dayna Arnold
Dayna is the Project Manager for Zest Consult and has extensive knowledge and experience with developing performance management plans, project planning and management, team collaboration, training and professional development, conducting risks assessments and analysing data.
Andrew Atkinson
Andrew has extensive experience in business with a background in engineering and management. He is an experienced project delivery professional and has a current SC security clearance.

Marc has a background covering defence avionics, transformation in the NHS, education software, and technology and services for intelligent transport systems.
Mark Pellowe
Mark, previously Head of Operational Technology Architecture & Infrastructure for Highways England, brings a wealth of experience in the architecture of traffic systems, the infrastructure of the motorways and the system engineering and legal framework in which they operate.
Ian Henderson

Shelly is Project and Business support at Zest. With 30 years experience as a Radiographer in the NHS, Shelly has experience in complex communication, education, strategy, Health & Safety, team collaboration and management. Shelly is also a certified Coach.
