Since November 2020 we have been working with TfL to procure a new CCTV system to replace their current legacy system for the surface assets, which includes CCTV on streets and tunnels and links into 3rd party organisations such as London Boroughs, the Police and Network Rail. 
 
Our expertise in developing and rolling out CCTV technology at scale has and our work in standards bodies such as ONVIF has proven invaluable in this project. The ITT is expected to be released to the market later this year.

Identifying and working with the various stakeholders that currently use or interface with the existing system. 
Preparing an initial report on the tasks, risks and other factors involved in procuring a new system 
Production of a detailed procurement solution options paper which identified various solutions and potential capabilities with comparisons and risks etc 
Identification of Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) components and developing the security requirement aligned with the NIS Directive 
Identifying standards to be incorporated 
Working with the networking, infrastructure, and security teams to understand current and future capabilities and limitations 
Preparation of Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) both technical and commercial 
Working with the clients’ commercial teams to create “should cost” estimates 
Working with commercial, privacy and legal teams – identifying potential contractual issues and other potential issues from consolidation of CCTV and using Artificial Intelligence (A.I)
